What services does Accel Autos offer?

We provide comprehensive vehicle servicing, logbook servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and roadworthy certificates.

Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes — we service most makes and models, including European, Japanese, and Australian vehicles.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I drop in?

We recommend booking in advance to ensure we can allocate time for your vehicle. You can book online or call us directly.

How long will my service take?

Most standard services are completed on the same day. We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time when you book.

Do you offer loan cars or courtesy drop-off?

Yes — loan cars are available by request (subject to availability). 

Will my warranty be affected if I service my car with you?

Not at all. We follow manufacturer logbook servicing guidelines, which means your warranty remains intact.

Can you diagnose warning lights on my dashboard?

Yes — we use professional diagnostic tools to identify engine lights, ABS, airbag and other system alerts.

Do you use genuine parts?

We use high-quality OEM or equivalent parts and will always discuss your options during the service.

Do you offer roadworthy certificates?

Yes — we’re licensed to perform safety inspections and issue roadworthy certificates (RWC) for most vehicles.

How much does a service cost?

Service prices vary by vehicle make and model. Contact us for a tailored quote or use our booking form to get an estimate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, cash, and bank transfer. For fleet or business accounts, please contact us for arrangements.

Can I wait at the workshop during my service?

Yes — we have a small waiting area within the workshop and there is a range of Cafes and food options within a short walk. For longer services, we recommend arranging transport or using our courtesy options.

What if my car needs unexpected repairs?

We’ll always contact you first with a detailed explanation and cost before doing anything not included in the original quote.
